Refund policy
If your wine does not arrive within 10 working days of your order being received please email orders@harveyriver.com.au or call +61 8 97292588.
In the rare event that you receive incorrect items, encounter shipping damages, or if your wine arrives unsatisfactorily, we will offer a full refund or replacement for the affected bottles. This includes covering the return shipping costs, given that the items are returned unopened within one month of delivery.
