A traditional West Australian wine, this blend consists of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon in equal parts, offering a rich citrus fruit flavour with a lingering mineral finish.
This refreshing and delicately balanced white wine is light-bodied and dry, with a crisp taste.
The wine appears pale straw with a subtle lime green hue on the rim, displaying citrus and pineapple notes along with hints of vanilla and toast. It is slightly off-dry, light to medium-bodied, and the lemon and lime flavours from the aroma carry through to the palate.
AWARDS & REVIEWS
The Wine Pilot - Cassandra Charlick
"Approximately a fifty-fifty blend of these varieties from the Geographe region in Western Australia. The nose is subdued, with ripe pineapple and kiwi fruit skin. Ripe fruit continues on the palate, with plenty of fruit sweetness and fruit salad cup notes, freshened up with a squeeze of lime juice. A straightforward example of the classic white blend, whose initial fruit sweetness will be inviting for some when it comes to post-work drinks. Drink now." August 2024
The Real Review - Aaron Brasher
"Aromas of lemon blossom, grapefruit pith and nettle. Easy drinking, fresh and zesty in flavour. There's plenty of citrus and stone fruit and the finish is crunchy and bright. Drink 2024–2029." June 2024.
