Perfect for spring, this fresh modern Chardonnay tastes of peach and lychee with the lightest hint of oak complexity.
The 2017 vintage was cooler than normal and resulting wine is lighter in alcohol with good supporting acids. Fruit was harvested during the cool night from a single vineyard in Harvey, then crushed and fermented in tank seasoned with a light blend of US and French oak.
Region: Geographe, Western Australia
Colour: Deep straw with faint green edge
Nose: Steely old world complexity, pear and citrus fruits, vanilla toasted oak
