Aged in well-seasoned French hogsheads for average age of ten years. Ready to drink now.
Vineyard: Wildwater Vineyard, Harvey, Geographe, WA.
Nose: Fragrant nose with caramelised dates, raisins and toffee.
Palate: Sweet balanced acidity holds flavours of dried raisin fruits cooked toffee to a long rich & zesty finish.
