Description
This is a Shiraz, Gewurtztraminer, Vermentino Rosé made from 95% Geographe fruit. It is a purposely crafted, modern Western Australian pale pink Rosé. Delicate yet complex with vibrant red fruit flavours and subtle rose petal on the finish. This is a drink now wine which pairs well with summer fare or cellar for 2-3 years.
Nose: Wild strawberry, spice and rose petal nose.
Palate: Dry, silky tannin and soft acid structure with delicate red berry fruit with persistent intensity to the finish.
